The new Five Jumeirah Village mixed-use tower – that has 269 swimming pools – will open its doors to guests on 2 September, the developer said.
After dipping its toe in the property pool with Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai, the developer is set to launch its second project.
Backed by young lifestyle developer Five, the new hotel and apartment building has 247 rooms and suites, 254 one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments. And no fewer than 269 swimming pools.
“Five has established itself as a young and vibrant lifestyle brand, known for luxury, parties and award-winning dining experiences,” said Jaydeep Anand, CEO of Five Jumeirah Village in a press statement.
“Five Jumeirah Village follows the same identity with a great line-up of entertainment and home-grown concepts, which will turn the resort into a local hangout and the first licensed venue in the area and surrounding neighbourhood.”
Five Jumeirah Village is valued at approximately $348.4m and features a rotating architectural design that maximise natural daylight for each and every apartment in the building.
Each of these units have 200-degree views of the Dubai skyline, while dozens of green terraces transform the building into something of an urban tropical jungle.
