The Dubai-based Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group announced the launch of the Emirati Skills Development Program as part of the Nafees initiative. The program aims to invest in Emirati talent and provide them with career development paths that will support efforts to improve the future of Emirati talent The program is designed to keep pace with the aspirations of the country’s citizens who are ready to explore their strengths and seek to acquire practical and knowledge skills in order to participate strongly in the various areas of the group. The first batch of graduates has joined the programme, while the second batch will join in December next year, followed by several batches of graduates during 2023.
The training starts with a 15-day qualification phase focusing on developing basic skills, before the practical training phase starts in the group’s different companies according to their interests and experience. The program includes the best practices and techniques that will give them the necessary knowledge and enrich their knowledge journey such as assessments, tests and role exchanges, as well as the support and guidance they will receive from the group leaders during the program.
