ABU DHABI, 16th March, 2023 (WAM) — The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) has launched an online recruitment platform to attract highly competent and talented individuals from various fields to fulfill its mission of protecting and preserving public funds and resources.
The ADAA platform (https://careers.adaa.gov.ae/) is a significant step in fulfilling the Authority’s strategy to recruit competent individuals who possess valuable education, knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Jobseekers can register on the platform, add details of their educational background and qualifications, update them as needed, attach personal supporting documentation such as resumes and certificates, and search for vacancies that match their qualifications and experience. The platform also allows them to update their data regularly.
A spokesperson for the Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority stated that the launch of the online recruitment platform demonstrates ADAA’s commitment to attracting highly qualified individuals who will assist in achieving the Authority’s strategy and objectives of preserving public funds and resources, as well as promoting integrity, accountability, and transparency in the Emirate.
The spokesperson also noted that jobseekers can access complete job descriptions prior to applying, allowing them to save time and effort, monitor their application status, and receive notifications regarding interview dates and required tests. The platform also facilitates direct communication between applicants or candidates and recruitment officers.
ADAA is further implementing this strategy by participating in the American University of Sharjah Career Fair. The event began yesterday with an in-person event held at the university campus, and it continues today in a virtual format. This provides recent graduates with the opportunity to become familiar with the available positions at ADAA that align with their aspirations and capabilities. This empowers and enables them to develop their skills and competencies, preparing them to become innovative leaders in the future.
