With the aim of increasing the quality of life, the Family Development Fund organizes the service “Ambassadors for Social Responsibility” to work on developing the cognitive, emotional and social skills of community members and positively influence their thoughts and behavior, in order to spread a culture of happiness in a way that achieves well-being . The service is aimed at the 19-49 age group, in order to activate responsibility and social cohesion.
Sanaa Al-Suwaidi, Director of Family Life Enhancement Service and Social Responsibility Ambassadors Service Officer, stated about the quality of life that those who want to volunteer as “ambassadors” will be qualified to spread the quality of life culture through 40 hours of training and practical applications . This is going to raise awareness of social issues that affect life and to enable the application of the knowledge and skills acquired by the “ambassadors”, to transfer them to their peers, to follow them up with at regular intervals and to monitor the level of progress in achieving family happiness and the desired social impact.

Terms and standards
Among the conditions for registration in Social Service Ambassadors, the student must be between the age group of 19-49 years and a citizen of the UAE or a resident of Abu Dhabi who has a desire to develop their social skills and adopt a positive lifestyle. To progress to the eligibility stage for membership of Social Responsibility Ambassadors, 90% of the practical sessions must be observed and at least 60% of the basic skills acquired in the training sessions must be applied. And that its media content on social networking sites takes into account and respects the community culture and that the registration is done on the “Ma’an Authority” platform.

Al-Suwaidi explained that the membership registration process of the “Ambassadors of Social Responsibility” aims to attract and register candidates on the “Tamm” public services platform in accordance with the terms and conditions. The service pre-evaluation model aims to enable candidates to apply quality social life skills in accordance with clear scientific and professional standards.
She pointed out that eligibility for service membership requires the development of candidates’ skills through a course that includes 10 training sessions, 10 practical application sessions and performance evaluation, while passing the training and qualification phase through 6 social simulation sessions and follow-up.
