Now available to order for delivery or pick-up, the special Mother’s Day box includes a collection of hand-crafted sweet treats made by Executive Pastry Chef Carmen Rueda Hernandez and her team using only the finest ingredients.
Expressing love, the box features a heart shaped chocolate and hazelnut cake that is layered with indulgent flavours and textures including a hazelnut caramel base, soft chocolate sponge, hazelnut crumble, salted caramel and chocolate ganache, then covered entirely with a velvety vanilla mousse.
Inside the box, mums will also find melt-in-the-mouth bonbons in five flavours: coffee, coconut, lime, hazelnut and popping candy, as well as dark chocolate coated madeleines, lime & raspberry plus salted caramel macarons, hazelnut & milk chocolate cookies, Florentines with caramelized almonds drizzled with chocolate, and ‘rocks’ comprising crunchy waffles coated with dark chocolate.
