ABU DHABI, 30th November 2022 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser, emphasised that Commemoration Day is an immortal national occasion during which the UAE’s leadership, government and people express the highest meaning of pride and appreciation to martyrs of the homeland who sacrificed their precious souls for the sake of the country’s gains and sovereigty.
In his speech on the occasion, Sheikh Tahnoun said that sacrifices of the brave Emiratis will remain etched in the memory of the homeland and celebrating the occasion is a message of appreciation and gratefulness to the elite segment who sacrificed their lives to defend the nation and achieve its security and stability.
May Allah the Almighty have His mercy on them and grant them paradise, protect their families and relatives, and preserve the UAE wise leadership, he concluded.
