Tomorrow evening, “Sunday”, Dubai celebrates the International Yoga Day, where “FOI” Events, in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council and the Indian Consulate General in Dubai, will organize huge yoga events for women only under the slogan “Yoga for Humanity”, which is held in halls 1, 2 and 3 and 4 of the Dubai World Trade Center.
The halls open their doors at 16.00 on Sunday, and participation is free for all women aged 10 and over. Mohamed specializes in yoga and psychotherapy.
It is expected that the events will witness the participation of thousands of different nationalities and ages from within and outside the United Arab Emirates, and all facilities will be made available to the participants and the celebration of the International Yoga Day will be organized in Dubai for the eighth year in a row after the event’s great success in recent years.
Dubai is at the forefront of the world’s cities celebrating International Yoga Day. The festivities were launched from Dubai in 2015 and 13,000 participants attended. Then the celebration was held in the Dubai World Trade Center, where more than 20,000 people of different nationalities and ages participated in them, Yogerishi Ramdev, a well-known yoga teacher globally.
The Dubai Sports Council attaches great importance to the sport of yoga, as it supports the organization of various events throughout the year in collaboration with the organizers of sporting events. It also organized various activities in Al Marmoum Nature Reserve, The Sustainable City, fitness centers. and sports clubs and other areas, in addition to organizing the annual celebration of the International Yoga Day, which was held in different regions. In recent years, thousands of people of all ages and nationalities from within and outside the UAE have participated.
