Site Call is the most important project. RTA Rail Agency Maintenance Director Mohammad Al Amiri said that Site Call is an augmented reality application that helps to solve complex faults of Dubai Metro and provide expert services.
The second project is to integrate the maintenance of the more than 90 km long Dubai Metro into a centralized system. With this, damage can be dealt with efficiently and quickly.
