Earthquake of magnitude 5.4 strikes China’s Qinghai

XINING, 15th April, 2022 (WAM) — No casualties have been reported as of Friday morning after a 5.4-magnitude earthquake jolted northwest China’s Qinghai Province, state news agency Xinhua quoted local authorities as saying The quake hit the city of Delingha, Qinghai, at 9:26 a.m. on Friday, at a depth of 10 km, according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre (CENC).

Rescue and firefighting teams are on standby.
