Emirates News Agency – Sharjah Police confirms that traffic is returning to normal on internal and external roads in the emirate’s cities

Sharjah, July 30 / WAM / Colonel Dr. Ali Al-Ki Al-Hamoudi, director of the Eastern Region Police Department, confirmed that the external roads connecting the city of Sharjah with the cities of the Eastern Region have been reopened to traffic at rate of 100% which includes Sharjah-Kalba road and Sharjah-Khorfakkan road to Along the internal streets of Khor Fakkan, traffic has also returned to normal in the Shees and Nahwa areas.

He said that at a time when many internal streets in Kalba city were reopened, the specialized work teams are continuing their efforts to open the remaining streets to traffic as soon as possible in the city.

Col. Al-Hamoudi indicated that the specialized teams cleared all the obstacles left by the recent rains in the area over the past week and praised the efforts of the Sharjah Police strategic partners who worked around the clock and the cooperation with members of the local community who stood next to it. alongside the working teams to overcome this crisis and recover from it.
