Global COVID-19 cases cross 467.94 million

WASHINGTON, 20th March, 2022 (WAM) — More than 467.94 million people have been reported to be infected by the coronavirus globally, and 6,460,038 have died, according to a Reuters tally on Monday.

Infections have been reported in more than 210 countries and territories since the first cases were identified in December 2019.
