
The Mohammed bin Rashid Global Initiatives (MBRGI) has reviewed its 2021 business report during a meeting chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Sheikh Mohammed announced that MBRGI benefitted 91 million people in 97 countries overall, with total spending during the Covid-19 pandemic amounting to AED2.3 billion.

High Highness also wrote on Twitter of his pride for the 145,000 volunteers who worked with MBRGI, as well as expressing pride for the success of Noor Dubai in helping 33 million people.
Sheikh Mohammed also said he was proud of the Reading Challenge, which reached 22 million students, and the various charitable organisations MBRGI worked with in the community.

The meeting also underlined the success of the recent 1 Billion Meals campaign, saluting contributors to the largest project in the region to provide food aid to 50 countries around the world.
