The Customer Centricity World Series is an awards ceremony to recognise the most Customer-Centric Organisations around the world. This year Hussein M. Dajani, partner, customer and marketing at Deloitte Digital, has won the CX Professional of the Year, highlighting the Middle East as a reference for customer experience (CX) on the global stage.
The Customer Centricity World Series is hosted by ARCET Global, a global hybrid consultancy that helps organisations improve and adopt global best practices in CX and communications. ARCET Global has a presence in the US, the UK and the UAE.
The virtual awards took place on the 18th of May 2022, where the most customer-centric organisation were recognised. The CX Professional of the Year 2022 was a tie between Hussein M. Dajani, from the UAE, and Clare Muscutt, Women in CX (TM) from the UK.
“Getting this unexpected acknowledgement is a true honour and a privilege, and at the same time puts a lot of pressure and challenge on me in ensuring I keep raising the CX bar higher in the region and globally.
