A Kuwaiti company said on Wednesday it had been awarded a water sewage project in Abu Dhabi worth around 295.7 million UAE dirhams ($80 million).
In a statement published by Kuwait’s bourse, Combined Group Contracting said its affiliated company CGC-Emirates was awarded the contract to develop the sewage network at Al-Reef residential area in the capital by the Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada).
“The project involves the development of rain water sewage network in Al-Reef residential area,” the brief statement said.
Profits from the project would be disclosed by the company in its financial results in the coming years, it added without mentioning when the contract was awarded or the project’s duration.
