Lloyd’s of London Brexit programme director Hayley Spink, who has been instrumental in setting up the Brussels subsidiary, is taking on a new role.
She has been tapped to serve as head of global operations – replacing Joe Dainty, who is making the switch to DXC this month.
Having overseen Lloyd’s operations in the likes of Dubai, India, China, Malaysia, Colombia, and Mexico, Spink will provide operational leadership for internal and market-wide programmes. She joined Lloyd’s in 2007.
“I’m absolutely thrilled that Hayley is stepping up to become Lloyd’s head of global operations,” commented Lloyd’s chief operating officer Shirine Khoury-Haq.
“Her deep knowledge of Lloyd’s and the wider market will prove invaluable as we modernise and improve our operations to ensure Lloyd’s continues to provide the best possible service to our customers.”
