Louvre Abu Dhabi has expanded the scope of collaboration with partners from the UAE and countries in the region, and the museum is currently displaying new works of art on loan from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah. It was also agreed to extend the loan agreements currently in place with the museum’s partners in Jordan and Amman, Saudi Arabia.
Since opening in 2017, the museum has been keen to establish strategic partnerships with partners from the UAE and other countries in the region. These partnerships include the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Museum, Al Ain Museum, Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Antiquities Authority, Ajman Museum and the Department of Tourism and Antiquities in Umm Al Quwain, Department of Antiquities and Museums in Ras Al Khaimah, the Jordanian Department of Antiquities, the Saudi National Museum and the National Museum.
