Mansour bin Zayed attends final competitions of Al Wathba Camel Race Festival

ABU DHABI, 4th May, 2022 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, today attended the second day’s competitions of the Al Wathba Final Annual Camel Races Festival (Wathba 2022), held in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi.

Before the competitions, Sheikh Mansour attended a luncheon held by Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President and Chairman of the Organising Committee of Sheikh Zayed Festival in Al Wathba, which was also attended by several camel owners from the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

The festival was attended by many camel racing lovers, and the audience lauded the significant support for heritage sport provided by the UAE’s leadership, and the valuable prizes, commending the country’s successes in this area.
