The Pepinsula residential project, developed by Select Group Real Estate, is the first urban waterfront development in Dubai’s Business Bay district.
The new project consists of six luxury residential towers, consisting of a group of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The first of these towers is expected to be delivered next year.
The project also includes waterfront and commercial units, in addition to various sports facilities and play areas for families.
