Job Summary

Evolvence Knowledge Investments is a provider of Premium British nursery and school education in the GCC across our Repton, Foremarke and Dovecote brands. We’re in the process of realigning our commercial department to address the challenges we face in an increasingly crowded education sector, and therefore we are seeking an experienced Registrar for our flagship school, Repton Dubai.

The Registrar is a key commercial position in each of our schools and nurseries with overall accountability for delivery of admissions and revenue targets through programs designed to attract and retain pupils to our schools. The role requires a highly proactive individual with creativity and commercial flair, who is able to lead a diverse team in delivery of exceptional customer service and sales, showcasing the school to prospective parents and meeting regulatory requirements in the admissions process.

With the support of our central marketing team and the school leadership team, the Registrar will develop and execute the school’s marketing plan and school events to raise the school’s profile in the local and expatriate community.

The Registrar has line management responsibility for Admissions Officers, Receptionists and coordinates the work of Parent Ambassadors and ancilliary support. Whilst this is a managerial level role, applicants must expect to get stuck in managing new and existing parent relationships, and be very hands on in the admissions process.

We require:

  • Graduate in business discipline
  • Experience of the education sector
  • Experience leading a sales focused admissions team
  • Strong commercial focus, with experience leading sales and marketing activity for a whole business
