SEHA launches the updated version of the application for residency medical examination

Abu Dhabi Health Services Company “SEHA” has launched the updated version of “SEHA Medical Examination for Residence” application with a new set of features.

The new version, which works on Android and iOS devices, includes the ability to book appointments for companies and groups in just a few steps. It also allows to pay for the examination in advance, in addition to facilitating the registration process using the digital identity and linking to the national identity to download data automatically.

The Executive Director of Clinical Affairs in the External Therapeutic Services, Dr. Omar Al-Hashemi, said that the application has been very popular with the public since the launch of the first version, as it has been downloaded to more than 60,000 smartphones and more than 73,000 appointments have been booked through it. He added: “Through the new features, we look forward to ease the procedures for businesses through booking and prepayment, guaranteeing them speed and security as it sings them from handling cash, and this comes within the framework of our continuous endeavor to enable businesses to access our services in an easy and accessible way through the development of the application in a way It continues to keep pace with technological developments and provides centers throughout the emirate, in addition to providing the mobile clinic to businesses that we recently announced .”

When issuing or renewing the residence permit, residents of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi are required to visit the preventive health examination centers to carry out the necessary medical examination. Very fast and hassle free.

The JCI-accredited SEHA Screening and Preventive Health Centers offer a full range of medical services for inpatient procedures, including expedited service and premium service options at select locations. These centers also act as specialist units providing infectious disease screening and preventive services throughout Abu Dhabi.

SEHA currently operates 12 centers for preventive health examinations and health in Abu Dhabi, Mussafah, Al Shahama, Baniyas, Al Ittihad Center for Medical Examination for Residence, Al Ain, Sweihan, Madinat Zayed, Delma, Al Sila, Ghayathi and Al Mirfa, in in addition to the mobile clinic recently launched for businesses.

The vaccinated auditors must show the green passport in the Al-Hosn application or a negative result of the nasal swab test, which was carried out 96 hours before for non-vaccinated, to enter the examination centers.
