SHARJAH, 11th September, 2023 (WAM) — Sharjah Charity International has strengthened its efforts to provide drinking water in Kyrgyzstan, by launching two water networks donated by a philanthropist, to provide potable water, as part of its humanitarian projects in countries covered by foreign aid programmes.
Muhammad Abdul Rahman Al Ali, Director of Project Management and External Aid, said that the water networks project is one of the means of providing clean water to residents, in areas that lack water, whereas water networks contribute to improving residents’ quality of life and providing their basic needs, which will support stability and a decent life.

Muhammad Abdul Rahman Al Ali added that Sharjah Charity International, with a donation from a benefactor, established a network in the Jalal-Abad region, where the water network is extended along the river to 512 homes in the region, while another network was launched in the Batkin region with a length of 15,000 metres, benefiting 877 families of the village’s residents.

Residents expressed their joy at this project, which provided them with water without suffering, appreciating the efforts of the Sharjah Charity International and its philanthropic donors to implement such great work that would change the lives of the residents and provide the most important sources of life.
