SHARJAH, 19th January, 2023 (WAM) — H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree approving the general organisational structure of Sharjah Municipality.
Emiri Decree No. 5 of 2023 stipulates that the general organisational structure of Sharjah Municipality attached to the decree shall be approved, provided that the Executive Council shall issue relevant decisions as follows:
1. The detailed organisational structure of the municipality, and the decisions necessary to implement this decree, including approving job descriptions for the tasks of the organisational units.
2. Creating, merging, or cancelling any organisational units belonging to the departments included in the general organisational structure.
