SHARJAH, 21st March, 2022 (WAM) — H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and President of the University of Sharjah, received on Monday at his office at the University, a delegation of students from the Armed Forces College of Medicine of the Egyptian Armed Forces.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi welcomed the delegation in the Emirate of Sharjah and discussed with them the most important areas of joint work in educational and academic areas, highlighting the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two sides.
The meeting touched on the prior cooperation between the College of Medicine at the University of Sharjah and the Armed Forces College of Medicine of the Egyptian Armed Forces, aiming to achieve the desired goals of scientific exchange between the two colleges, contributing in ensuring students’ benefits from various joint activities and programmes.
Sheikh Sultan presented the University’s shield to the visiting delegation, and also received the shield of the Egyptian Armed Forces College of Medicine.
