B1 Properties has announced the sale of a Framed Allure villa in Palm Jumeirah (Front G) for AED 128 million, the most expensive Signature villa on Palm Jumeirah. The latest deal made by B1 Properties was the sale of the most expensive penthouse in Atlantis The Royal Residences on Palm Jumeirah for 163 million dirhams.

Covering an area of 19,24,000 square meters, the Signature Framed Allure villa is considered an architectural masterpiece designed by award-winning architect Emre Arollat, whose style is distinguished by blending intellectual, artistic and cultural elements in his designs. The engineered villa provides seamless access to the outdoor environment, while being equipped with a unique locking system to provide privacy for all its three floors.

The interior design of the Framed Allure villa was created and built by the CK Architectures & Interiors team, while NEO LIGHT DESIGN provided lighting consultancy services for the villa.

The now-completed property in Frond G, known as Billionaires Row, has four floors, including a rooftop terrace that is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art gym, yoga platform and hot tub. The balcony of the villa is also decorated with an olive tree that is about 1,600 years old, to give a unique feeling that combines on the one hand the internal environment and on the other hand the feeling of the richness of the external environment.
