UAE President issues Emiri decree appointing Saif Saeed Ghobash as Secretary-General of Abu Dhabi Executive Council with rank of Department Chairman

ABU DHABI, 16th March, 2023 (WAM) — President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Emiri decree appointing Saif Saeed Ghobash as Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, with the rank of Department Chairman.
