Which 50 Dubai Schools Are Offering Discounts?

With the ongoing effects of the economic downturn, exacerbated by Covid-19, WhichSchoolAdvisor.com has established that almost a quarter of Dubai’s private schools are offering discounted fees.  And whilst in some cases, the reductions are limited to relatively small amounts, others are as much as 20 to 30 percent of the KHDA approved fees.

Inevitably, the largest fee reductions are among the premium fee schools – and notably those that have opened in the last two to three years.  However, there are many established schools that are also seeking to attract students through reductions, in some cases across the entire school, whilst in others the reductions are targeted at more junior or senior grades or year groups.  

Our table provides details of both the KHDA approved and reduced tuition fees.  Do bear in mind that whilst most premium and moderate fee level schools generally include resources such as books, stationery, access to computers and other fundamentals, more affordable and lower fee schools often do not.  We would advise you, therefore, to ensure that you have the full picture before assuming that a school is too expensive, or, indeed, at a fee level you wish to afford.  It is also important to check whether these fee levels are valid for the next academic year and beyond, or if they are limited to the current year. You do not want to find yourself with children in a school that you cannot afford.

We have also included the latest KHDA rating to enable you to understand the current level at which the school is operating.  Where schools were not inspected in 2019-20 due to the pandemic, the rating is the last one awarded from 2018-19.
