Xi Jinping unanimously elected Chinese president, PRC CMC chairman

BEIJING, 10th March, 2023 (WAM) — Xi Jinping was unanimously elected president of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC) of the PRC on Friday.

Xinhua news agency reported that the election took place on the sidelines of the ongoing 14th National People’s Congress session.
