Ice cream lovers rejoice! World famous ice cream parlour, Bachir Ice Cream, is coming to Dubai for the first time ever and will be exclusively located at the city’s favourite Middle Eastern restaurant, Zaroob, and will be available for six months.

With its cart placed at Zaroob’s renowned branch on Sheikh Zayed Road, Bachir Ice Cream is about to serve incredibly rich insta-worthy delicacies that are pleasing to the eyes and mouth alike. Residents of Dubai will be introduced to the brand’s most iconic flavours including the famous Achta, Pistachio, Blueberry (tout), Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon Mint, Mulberry, Rose Loukoum, Strawberry, along with the brand’s signature whipped cream.

Starting off as a small family business, Bachir Ice Cream was established by founding brothers Maurice and Edwards Bachir back in 1963. Fast-forwarding about 80 years, the multigenerational ice cream company currently runs over 50 successful branches across Lebanon, in addition to recently expanding to Brazil and France.

Commenting on the exclusive collaboration, Elie Saade, Brand Manager at Zaroob, said: “We are extremely delighted to be collaborating with Lebanon’s most iconic ice cream brand and we hope to reinforce Zaroob’s authenticity when it comes to Levantine street food with this partnership.”

In celebration of this exciting collaboration, diners who visit the Zaroob on the 17th of September from 4 to 6 pm, can get their favourite scoops of ice cream for free.

Bachir Ice Cream will exclusively be available at Zaroob’s branch on Sheikh Zayed Road. Residents can either visit the brightly-lit restaurant to indulge proudly in the Lebanese delicacy or can get their hands on their favourite flavours by ordering through Talabat starting September 22nd.
