The UAE and Egypt recently conducted the 43rd airdrop to northern Gaza as part of a joint humanitarian mission known as Operation “Birds of Goodness.” Two UAE C17 aircraft and two Egyptian C295 aircraft dropped a total of 69 tonnes of aid, bringing the total to 2,914 tonnes since the operation’s inception. This initiative, which falls under the UAE’s Operation “Gallant Knight 3,” is focused on providing food and relief aid to support the people of Gaza.

The Ministry of Defence Joint Operations Command spearheaded this effort, aiming to bring much-needed assistance to those in need in northern Gaza. The airdrop was part of ongoing efforts to alleviate suffering and provide essential supplies to vulnerable populations.

Through collaborative efforts between the UAE and Egypt, these airdrops serve as a significant gesture of goodwill and support for the people of Gaza during challenging times. The commitment to delivering aid and assistance highlights the dedication of both countries to making a positive impact and helping those in need.
