5.8-magnitude quake hits Kermadec Islands region, New Zealand

WELLINGTON, 30th August, 2022 (WAM) — An earthquake of magnitude 5.8 struck South of Kermadec Islands on Tuesday, Reuters quoted German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) as saying.

The quake was at a depth of 84 km, the Centre said.
