Mai Dubai, one of the leading bottled water companies in the UAE, has received two of the highest certifications from the Dubai Municipality, highlighting its efforts to ensure hygiene and a safe working environment. The company received a ‘Gold A Grade’ certification in Food Safety for its manufacturing plant and the highest rating of Grade A in Health and Safety for Staff Accommodation in Al Qudra.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Mai Dubai’s manufacturing plant has received the ‘Gold A Grade’ certification.

Alexander van ‘t Riet, CEO of Mai Dubai said, “We are committed to our mission of providing quality products and services and ensuring food safety and hygiene by creating a safe and happy working environment for our employees. I would like to congratulate all teams for their contribution in achieving these esteemed certifications. We have always ensured that all protocols are reviewed and followed to maintain a secure and protective environment for our employees, suppliers, and consumers. Mai Dubai operates keeping in mind quality and safety as two key priorities.”

“This is a testament to the company’s excellent infrastructure, exceptional manufacturing practices, plant hygiene, and commitment to quality and food safety in accordance with the Dubai Food Code,” added Riet.

The staff accommodation at Al Qudra received the highest rating of ‘Grade A’ for health and safety reflects Mai Dubai’s commitment to the vision of the Dubai Municipality Public Health and Safety Department to achieve a 100 percent effective Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) system.

This milestone highlights the company’s efforts and dedication in improving the living standards of its employees at the Al Qudra accommodation.
