ADNOC Distribution customers redeemed more than 1 billion reward points in one month, highlighting the successes of the Customer Loyalty Program, the first of its kind launched in the UAE in November 2019.
The program was expanded through partnership with 83 partner units by the end of the first quarter of 2022, such as the “Etihad Guest” and “Etisalat Smiles” programs. Members can earn points for each used dirham and then redeem them for purchases made at ADNOC stations and ADNOC Oasis stores, including the purchase of refueling. The program witnessed high demand as more than 1.3 million members signed up during the first quarter of 2022.
Recent offers included the launch of this summer’s “Shop and Win” campaign, which runs until July 31 and allows customers to enter monthly draws in exchange for using reward points when shopping at any ADNOC service station in the UAE, and win great prizes including iPhones, cash prizes, 100g gold bars and free refueling. For one year, free car wash for one year, free oil change for one year, in addition to the chance to win three new Chevrolet cars.
Over the past three years, ADNOC Distribution using artificial intelligence technology has been able to classify ADNOC Rewards members based on their purchasing pattern using advanced analytics tools, such as the unique customer relationship management system.
