SHARJAH, 10th September, 2022 (WAM) — Al Qasimia University and the Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aiming to enhance aspects of cooperation in offering training programmes and conducting academic studies.
The MoU also aims to organise a number of joint activities and events in order to serve the fields of work of both sides.
This comes within the framework of the work fields of Al Qasimia University and SSSD and their roles in the social and humanitarian field.
Jamal Al Turaifi, Head of the Al Qasimia University, and Afaf Ibrahim Al Marri, Chairperson of the SSSD, signed the MoU at the headquarters of Al Qasimia University in Sharjah.
The MoU called for Al Qasimia University to give lectures and organise workshops in the field of training and scientific research to serve the areas of work of the SSSD.
It also included cooperation in the field of studies and scientific development research related to various social fields and related topics, especially public studies, and the refinement of the capabilities of cadres in all fields.
