The General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai launched the updated version of the Government of Dubai’s United Identity as part of the working teams’ continuous efforts to serve the Dubai Government’s ambitious vision, translating the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai’s rulers and the diligent follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai’s Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council, to consolidate Dubai’s position, which has accomplished and dazzled the world, by establishing the principles of pioneering and ambitious government , who always innovate to make people happy.

The adoption of the updated version of the Government of Dubai’s United Identity came during the periodic meeting of the General Network for Government Communication, which was held at the headquarters of the Dubai Digital Authority in the presence of the Assistant Secretary General of the Government’s Communications and General Affairs Council. Ahmed Al Mahri, and the Deputy Director General of Dubai Digital, the Executive Director of the Dubai Data Foundation, Younis Al Nasser, in addition to the liaison officers of the entities affiliated with the Government of Dubai.

The new unified identity embodies the comprehensive and integrated philosophy adopted by the Dubai Government to strengthen the principle of unified government voice and image and focus on strengthening cooperation between government agencies in the emirate to enable them to continue their pursuit of excellence and achieve unprecedented levels of expertise and development to achieve their ambitions.

Engineer Ahmed Al Mahri said: “To complement the distinguished achievement of the General Network for Government Communication during the activities in (Expo 2020 Dubai), and the great media success that came with the international event, the network continues to continue its efforts to build further on the results achieved by launching the updated version of the Dubai Government’s Unified Identity, which will contribute to the institutionalization of the process of uniting the Government’s voice and image and strengthening cooperation between public authorities to achieve the overall vision of the Emirates. “

Younis Al Nasser, for his part, stressed that the traditional form of communication is no longer the preferred and appropriate option, and the pioneering role that communication and its means play in Dubai has become a tangible reality in improving communication between public authorities and customers.

The members of the network were briefed on the future of government services, represented by the 360 ​​service policy, the main principles of which were reviewed by the adviser to the Dubai Model Center, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, Ahmed Hureimel.

“The United Identity embodies the philosophy of the Dubai Government to promote the principle of a unified image of government and voice.”
