Eggspectation’s Corn Piri Piri Chicken Waffle comes with pan-fried Piri Piri chicken served on a Southwest-inspired corn waffle with lettuce, mango salsa, tomatoes, and avocado all tied together with a blue cheese dressing drizzle and spicy slaw.
