ChatFood, an omnichannel ordering and data-driven marketing platform based in the UAE, has announced a newly strengthened delivery logistic partnership with Careem Express, the logistics arm of the one-stop solution app Careem. The collaboration of two powerhouses will provide restaurant merchants with instant access to a dependable delivery fleet.

In the Middle East, logistic-as-a-service has become more challenging and competitive in recent months, and several logistic providers have decided to refocus their attention on a small number of high-volume verticals. As a result, some businesses, including restaurants, have been left without a way to deliver their own orders to customers. With the cost and labor pressures on hospitality businesses increasing, it was critical for ChatFood to provide a high quality and affordable solution for its merchants with access to delivery on demand.
