Crestbridge has appointed Luke Hamill as Director, Corporate and Capital Markets.
Luke, who will be based in London, joins the Corporate Services team and will focus on developing the Crestbridge capital markets proposition.
Bringing to his new role more than two decades of experience in international real estate, Luke has spent the past six years based in Abu Dhabi working for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he had responsibility for managing $10bn of debt capital markets activity across Europe and Asia.
Prior to this, Luke worked in London for private equity real estate investment firm Ares Management, working across pan-European real estate funds.
A Chartered Taxation Adviser, earlier in his career Luke worked in a real estate advisory capacity for EY and PwC.
