DUBAI, 30th November, 2022 (WAM) — Dubai real estate market recorded 471 sales transactions worth AED1.44 billion, in addition to 110 mortgage deals of AED838.52 million, and 18 gift deals amounting to AED47.28 million on Wednesday, data released by the Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 411 villas and apartments worth AED1 billion, and 60 land plots worth AED433.55 million, while mortgages included 89 villas and apartments worth AED751.39 million and 21 land plots valued at AED87.13 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED2.3 billion.
