Dubai records over AED2.6 bn in realty transactions Monday

DUBAI, 13th March, 2023 (WAM) — Dubai real estate market recorded 691 sales transactions worth AED1.81 billion, in addition to 87 mortgage deals of AED709.5 million, and 101 gift deals amounting to AED100.53 million on Monday, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed.

The sales included 648 villas and apartments worth AED1.56 billion, and 43 land plots worth AED249.95 million. The mortgages included 67 villas and apartments worth AED161.39 million and 20 land plots valued at AED548.11 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED2.6 billion.
