DUBAI, JULY 1 / WAM / The Dubai Land Department’s real estate transactions today amounted to more than 850 million dirhams.
The department witnessed the registration of 379 pledges of fidelity to the value of 845.34 million dirhams, of which 29 pledges of fidelity to lands worth 113.09 million dirhams and 350 pledges of fidelity to flats and villas with a value of 732.25 million dirhams.
The main land sale of AED 21 million was in the Nad Al Sheba First area, followed by a pledge of 15 million AED in the gardens of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid area, followed by a pledge of 7 million AED in the Jumeirah First area.
The Al-Habiya Fifth District topped the region in terms of the number of pledges with 11 pledges worth 26 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali area with 9 pledges of 24 million dirhams, and the third in Wadi Al-Safa 5, with 3 promises of 14 million dirhams.
In terms of the main sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area came as the main pledge, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area and finally a pledge of 21 million dirhams in Palm Jumeirah area.
The Al Jaddaf region topped the region in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas with 57 pledges worth 38 million dirhams, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens with 51 pledges of 58 million dirhams, and the third in Business Bay with 28 promises of 42 million dirhams.
Regarding the donations, 5 donations worth 5.12 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in the fourth Al Thanyah area with a value of 2 million dirhams and another in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area with a worth 2 million dirhams. .
