Ajman, 30th August/WAM/ The Ajman Government Communication Center organized the second workshop for the WhatsApp Business project in collaboration with the Transport Authority and Ajman Chamber, which aims to facilitate the possibility of communication and conducting transactions at high speed.
The workshop reviewed the service mechanism, how to use it, the initial steps and how the service responds to customers, giving them privacy and easy access to the necessary data and information without referring to the contact person and putting the customer on hold and using the service at any time and anywhere.
The WhatsApp Business service facilitates the process of communicating with government authorities and departments and automates some services.
This service is characterized by the function of the virtual chatbot, which responds to customers automatically without the intervention of employees, except in cases of emergency, as part of the transition to the recently introduced artificial intelligence in communication and communication services.
