AJMAN, 12 July / WAM / Citizens Affairs Office in Ajman, in coordination with the Municipal and Planning Department, launched the application “Ajman Majlis”, which aims to provide the citizens of the emirate with a digital channel to book the councils attached to the office to host their special events such as weddings and mourning, and organize various events such as lectures and councils where the application activates. These reservations are made very easy and convenient.
The launch of the application is in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, a member of the Supreme Council and ruler of Ajman, to work to improve social cohesion, facilitate communication between the people of the emirate and support social ties by to give families the opportunity to meet and share their joys and sorrows by keeping joys and condolences in counsel for free, as a contribution from His Highness to relieve citizens of the burdens of weddings, events and mourning tents.
The application allows citizens to manage their reservations for advice using the digital identity and reserve advice available throughout the week, including public holidays, and the councils are open daily from 9am to 11pm.
The Office explained that the councils were distributed as follows: “Al-Safia Council: Al-Safia District, Al-Amin Al-Shurafa Council: Al-Safiya District, Al-Hamidiyah Council: Al-Hamidiyah 1 District , Supervisory Board: Al -Raqib 2, Sheikh Zayed Mosque Council ”and the councils are available to all government departments and institutions in the emirate to organize their activities throughout the year.
