ABU DHABI, July 7 / WAM / His Excellency Major General Maktoum Ali Al Sharifi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police, received calls from the public using the “Aounak Service” on the toll-free number 8003333, and he communicated with customers through the live chat service “chat” on the Abu Dhabi Police General Commands website www.adpolice.gov.ae, calls and by email.
His Excellency answered the public’s questions in the light of his zeal and interest in the efficiency and effectiveness of communication procedures and advances in services, and he learned about customers’ expectations and the challenges they face in providing police services and their proposals for the services delivered to them. during his visit to the Aounak Center within the initiative “in the field of government”.
The Director General of Abu Dhabi Police instructed to provide customers with all the facilities to complete their transactions and make them happy and sustainable improvements of the customer’s journey at the United Call Center “Awnak”, and the public praised Abu Dhabi Police’s interest in upgrading the services provided.
