DUBAI, July 4, 2019 (WAM) – The General Civil Aviation Authority has announced the launch of its new and improved website, which includes a new and user-friendly user interface.
This is in line with the digital transformation strategy of the General Civil Aviation Authority to provide digital services in accordance with the highest international standards and in an effort to improve the user experience.
The Authority’s new website is a modern digital platform for the world of civil aviation in the UAE, as it is characterized by its new look and provides a list of digital services and shows the latest news, developments and electronic magazines issued by the Authority, in addition to publishing the latest updates on the relevant rules and regulations.
Customers will also be able to use the digital identity feature to register, customize their profile and use the “Saqr” feature for personal assistant.
The website provides customers with more than 200 electronic services for individuals and institutions, enhancing the users’ experience of completing their transactions without having to visit the supervisory offices.
