Sharjah, August 28 / WAM / His Excellency Ayman Othman Al-Barout, Secretary General of the Arab Parliament for the Child, confirmed that the Emirati Women’s Day, which falls on August 28 every year, comes this year to reflect the scale of the success achieved of the daughter of the United Arab Emirates in all areas thanks to the support, care and follow-up from before the wise leadership and its vision to empower women to be an active element in development and development policies and move towards the future.
In his speech, Al-Barout indicated that this day is a national occasion to appreciate the great contributions of every Emirati woman as she makes and strives for the progress, progress and prosperity of the nation.
He explained that the UAE has strengthened the capacity of Emirati women and opened up opportunities for them to assume leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, and in light of this, took a prominent and advanced position in the country’s development process, and the game an important and effective role in all areas.
