Sharjah, August 17 / WAM / The Sharjah Public Works Department of the Sharjah Fisheries Authority has completed the project in the fishing village of Hamriyah.
His Excellency Matar bin Ahmed Al Khashri Al Naqbi, Chairman of Sharjah Fish Resources Authority, expressed his thanks to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Councilor and Ruler of Sharjah, for His Highness’s standing directives to serve the people and establish projects that serve them and maintain the sustainability of their resources.
For his part, the engineer, Majed Al-Suwaidi, who oversaw the project, explained that the village includes a housing complex for fishermen that can accommodate 132 people on an area of 1,517 square meters and contains 22 rooms in a building consisting of land. and first floor.
He added that the village includes a storage building extending over an area of 1,450 square meters, with 20 storage rooms, in addition to preparing boat parking spaces for 64 parking spaces from the gravel foundation.
