Sharjah, June 22 / WAM / Sharjah Investment and Development Authority “Shurooq” revealed the details of its integrated architectural and tourism project on Khörakkan Beach, which includes a 75-room hotel managed by “Marriott International” and a water park, the first in the eastern region, in addition to more than 200 apartments and housing units.It will be put up for sale soon, while the project officially opens in 2024 in connection with its comprehensive development plans aimed at the eastern region.
The project, which “Shurooq” is nearing completion, consists of three different facilities, including hotel, accommodation, service and entertainment, and provides restaurants, swimming pools and a hall for events, while the accommodation units for sale include restaurants and shops located on its . ground floor to serve residents and visitors. The full details of the project and launch will be announced. The official start of the sale of housing units during the third quarter of this year.
The hotel, which is part of the “Shurooq” projects in Khor Fakkan, will follow the Autograph Collection brand from Marriott International, and among its 75 rooms it will include 62 single rooms, 5 double rooms and 8 luxury suites with beach views.
This happened under the intervention of Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, acting CEO of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority “Shurooq”, to the program “Direct Line”, which is broadcast on Sharjah Radio, where he revealed that the project plan extends over a large area of Khor Fakkan Beach near the harbor.
