Five Marines killed in crash of Osprey aircraft in California

CALIFORNIA, 10th June, 2022 (WAM) — Five US Marines were killed when their Osprey tilt-rotor aircraft crashed in Southern California during a training mission, Reuters quoted the military branch as saying on Thursday.

The five Marines were on an MV-22B Osprey when it went down near Glamis, California, just north of the Mexican border around 12:30 pm PDT (21:30 GMT) on Wednesday, the Marine Corps said in a statement.
