Beit Al Khair Society has been paying attention to training Emirati women cadres in charity work and social research skills and engaging in various voluntary work. There are 80 female employees out of 220 employees, and they utilize their knowledge and experience in implementing various charitable programs and tasks, up to about 47 percent.
On the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day, Halima Al-Dhanhani, Director of Departmental Affairs, emphasized the importance of women’s role in building society and developing the way to give. Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council of Motherhood and Childhood and Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation “Mother of the Nation”, congratulated the Emirati Women’s Day, as on her hands and with the support of the wise leadership witnessed all support and assistance until she was able to perform her active and influential role in the renaissance of her state and country.
