IAG Cargo, the cargo division of a major international airline group, has announced the launch of its summer schedule, which includes increased services between its core hubs in London, Madrid, Barcelona, and Dublin to various destinations worldwide.

One key highlight of the new schedule is the return of services between London Heathrow and Abu Dhabi on April 20th after a four-year break. This route is part of a 19% increase in weekly rotations to Africa and the Middle East. Additionally, transatlantic routes will see a 9% boost in capacity, with more services to Latin America and the Caribbean, including increased flights to Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo from Madrid.

Other notable additions to the summer schedule include a doubling of weekly services between London Heathrow and San Diego, as well as additional flights to Chicago. IAG Cargo has also introduced a new service between Barcelona and Miami.

Camilo Garcia Cervera, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at IAG Cargo, highlighted the benefits of the new summer schedule for customers, noting that it offers enhanced capacity and flexibility. He also expressed excitement about expanding offerings in Africa and the Middle East, particularly the resumption of operations in Abu Dhabi, which has become an important logistics hub in the region.

Overall, the new summer schedule from IAG Cargo aims to provide customers with more options and better connectivity to key destinations around the world.
